We do not offer free samples. We do offer purchase of smaller packs of dog and cat food recipes. We cannot ship anything smaller for our frozen food items.

We ship orders Monday-Wednesday depending on your location.

All food orders do not need to arrive frozen. Food needs to be cool when it arrives. You can refreeze food if you do not need your entire shipment right away.

Our treats ship from us and we recommend that you store in the refrigerator to maintain optimum freshness. Treats are good for 2 weeks after purchase. Our meals are prepared fresh and then frozen for transport to you. Store in the freezer upon arrival and thaw in the refrigerator until ready to serve. Our recipe maintains optimum freshness for 3-5 days under refrigeration and 3 months in the freezer.
